// Research method

Sources before conclusions.

The research moves through four layers: macro conditions → national policy → consumer markets → brand operations. Each layer has its own sources, cadence, and evidence limits; they should not be blended into a falsely precise sales answer.

Macro identifies market conditions, risk, and where a strategy may work; it does not precisely forecast one brand’s sales. This is not investment, legal, or tax advice.

01

Research order

Macro explains the environment, national policy the constraints, consumer markets the demand, and brand operations the action.

02

Evidence

Official statistics, international organisations, central banks, peer-reviewed research, and transparent methodologies come first. Each metric identifies source, date, and definition.

03

Judgement boundary

Facts and transmission paths come before judgement. Product, price, channel, execution, and localization still decide whether an individual brand succeeds.
